Why do I have to log in again with my old email account?

We are currently migrating all of our current TAFER Rewards members to a new web platform to further enhance their online experience. By logging in with your original email account, we will be able to link all of your historical data from the previous site to our new platform, keeping your membership status and program benefits intact in the process.
Do I need to create another TAFER Rewards account to access it?

Yes, you'll need to re-register and create a new password. Although you'll need to set up a new account, rest assured that you won't lose any nights you've accumulated from your previous account; everything will be linked to your new account. We're still working on this to ensure a smooth transition.
Will I lose my previous TAFER Rewards status or benefits when I log in?
